• I'm based in Oakland, CA, and available for sessions both locally and worldwide.

  • My work is for the artist, the weirdo the deep feelers, and those who want their milestone photographed from a place of artistic intention, curiosity, + storytelling. Trust is essential to my creative process.

I want to make pictures that reflect a feeling, celebrate honest emotions and storytelling, exist outside of the realm of “shoulds”, and leave perfection at the door.

I am looking to work with folks who are open to letting go of some of the control and putting trust in my creative process, as well as people looking for film photography documentation of their day.

  • Absolutely! I'm available for travel worldwide.

    Travel Fees:

    • Local Events: Within 50 miles of Oakland—no travel fees.

    • Northern California Events: Beyond 50 miles—travel fees apply (gas or transportation).

    • Destination Events: Travel fees include an equal number of nights in a local hotel as the event/session, plus gas or airfare.

  • I am always honored to photograph in new places. Here are some locations where I would love to make pictures - NYC (Chelsea Hotel or NY City Hall), anywhere in the Southwest like Tucson or New Mexico, Oregon or Washington, the Eastern Sierras, Guatemala, Colombia, Mexico City, and Sicily.

  • I am an artist photographer, making images from a place of creative expression. I show up behind the camera as a curious observer. I am low intervention when it comes to portraits because I want to make pictures of you as you are. That said, I also don’t leave folks hanging. I am there to offer encouragement, guidance, and care throughout a shoot. Clients have described working with me as laid back, fun, and low stress.

  • Yes! Film is included in all my packages. I love its timeless, authentic feel and unique character. Due to the higher cost of film, my pricing may be slightly higher than digital-only photographers.

Film sessions require extra processing time, so please allow additional time for delivery. Film photos are carefully scanned and edited with the same attention to detail as digital images.

  • Your session fee covers:

    • Time spent photographing your moments.

    • Creative vision and direction.

    • Post-processing and editing.

    • High-resolution image delivery via an online gallery for printing and sharing.

Please note: Session fees do not include props, clothing, floral elements, or prints. I'm happy to provide custom quotes for these items or you may bring your own. For prints, you can easily order directly from your final gallery.

  • Nope! This session is complimentary and included as a way to get to know each other before your wedding day.

  • You can inquire and book directly through my inquiry form. I look forward to hearing from you!

  • Expect a collaborative experience, not a typical portrait session.

Whether it's a child-led family session or a wedding, I blend subtle posing with photo-documentary style to authentically tell your story. I aim to document your day with honesty, experimentation, creativity, and care.

Creative brainstorming sessions are encouraged to make your experience truly special.

    • Trust: Trust the process, yourself, and me. Let go of expectations and embrace the moment.

    • Light & Location: Natural light is one of my favorite things. For weddings, consider scheduling your ceremony about an hour before sunset or positioning the sun behind you. For getting ready shots, sit near a window to capture that beautiful natural light.

    • Meaningful Locations: Choose locations that resonate with you. Whether it's your home or a favorite spot, authenticity speaks so much more than performance.

    • For Families with Young Children: In-home sessions are wonderful. They allow children to feel comfortable and showcase their personalities.

  • Typically, you'll receive 50–75 edited images per hour of hybrid film and digital photography coverage. For weddings with a second photographer, this number may be higher.

  • On average, galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks of your session or 8-12 weeks of your wedding depending on the time of year. You'll receive a notification when your gallery is ready for viewing

Should you need your photographs quickly, I do have a “rush delivery” option which is an additional fee.

  • Nope! RAW files are not an accurate representation of my work and I consider it an unfinished product. I deliver professionally edited color and black & white images.

  • By hiring me, you trust my vision to capture you and your loved ones authentically. I don’t re-edit photos after the session or switch black & white and color versions. If you have preferences, please share them before the session. Also, kindly avoid editing or adding filters to the images I provide.

  • Late starts may reduce your session time, as I can’t always accommodate delays. Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled session.
